1.DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

If you're refunding, we would need to get the full set (top and bottom).


2. WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at help_sherrylo@sina.com so we can urgently review the matter for you! If it is our problem, we will take full responsibility for you. After-sales service is guranteed.

3. HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy! We offer 7-days hassle-free return for your bikini!To initiate a return, simply email us at help_sherrylo@sina.com using the e-mail address used to order the bikini.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

 SHERRYLO cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

4. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that SHERRYLO does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by SHERRYLO, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We can use DHL, Epacket, China Post Registed Airmail to ship the parcel. For the shipping cost and delivery timeframe, please check Here to see details. 

6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number

7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We offer 7-days hassle-free return for your bikini! The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and Packing remaining in place.  Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. SHERRYLO offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our Global Returns Warehouse in China.

8. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We have show size details in every product's description. For those "One Size" products,there would be no size options.  For more question, email help_sherrylo@sina.com so we can help you personally find your best fit!

9. DOES SHERRYLO DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely. We ship all over the world!

10. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer DHL/EMS Express Shipping From price $20 per order. For Epacket From Free shipping to $3 per order. For China Post Registed Airmail: From Free shipipng to $3 per order. Please click Here to check detail shipping cost and delivery timeframt.

11. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SHERRYLO ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments (By 2checkout) and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

13. IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

Absolutely! SHERRYLO ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. We also own our official store on Aliexpress, Amazon and Wish. You can order from these platform too. Just search "SHERRYLO " in these platform, then you can find us. We currently don't have any agent, we sold directly from our factory.
